IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

It is the policy of the New Bloomfield RIII, in accordance with the State of Missouri, that every child is completely immunized according to CDC recommendations by the beginning of each school year. If your child is not up to date on immunizations, they will not be permitted to attend school until they are caught up. Exceptions include religious exemption or “in progress” status, meaning the child is currently in the process of being caught up on immunizations.

Please provide proof via your child’s primary care physician if you feel you qualify for either exception.

If your child is up to date on immunizations, please provide the most updated copy of shot records to the school health office.
